Born and educated in Italy Silvana developed a love for the arts at a very young age. Italy, a country that contributed so much to the arts worldwide, gave a sense of the artistic patrimony and the fundamentals for what she wanted to do and become in her life. "My Art does not belong to me, I belong to my Art." Ever since she can remember, painting or creating through the various mediums has been her way of life as an artist. Silvana wants to take the viewer into a special place: if it is a landscape, for them to be there; if it is a portrait, to feel that one has the real person next to them; if it is a floral, to sense the fragrance. People have said of her artworks “I feel that I can walk right into the painting."
Please enjoy what she presents to you. Just remember these paintings are part of her, done in tune with nature, her soul, her heart and her skills as a painter.Silvana, an instructor for many years, enjoys educating all about the arts.
